The Zoning Department
reviews proposed buildings (structures), subdivisions, site
plans, signs and flats for compliance with the zoning ordinance,
and issues zoning, sign and flat permits. The administration
of the Zoning Board of Adjustment is the responsibility of
this department. The Zoning Board has the state mandate for
review of applications for bulk variances for single family
homes, and site plans and subdivisions for use or density
variances. |
