To report a street light that is out in your neighborhood:

Note down your account number and be prepared to provide the following information:

1. Your street address.
2. The location of the street light that is out, including the house
numbers near that street light.
3. The pole number (if you can locate it on the pole.)
4. The nearest major street(s) to the street light that is out.
