The Site Plan Review Advisory Board (SPRAB) is an advisory committee composed of professionals in the planning community - architects, landscape architects, engineers, and others qualified in site planning or environmental issues. SPRAB advises and assists the Regional Planning Board, Zoning Boards of Adjustment and other governmental agencies in their review of applications for development.
