Rosedale Road Pathway
The new pathway has been installed from the existing pathway at Ettl Farm to Audubon Lane. An additional 200 feet of pathway has been installed from Audubon Lane towards Provinceline Road, with approximately 550 feet remaining to get to Provinceline Road.

Once the pathway installation is completed topsoil and grass seed will be placed on both sides of the pathway. Greg O’Neil, the Township’s Arborist will then coordinate with residents to select various trees to be planted alongside the pathway.

During working hours Pave-Rite, Inc., the Township’s contractor may have one lane of traffic closed on Rosedale Road between Audubon Lane and Provinceline Road. Motorists should be cautious as Pave-Rite will be directing the open lane of alternating traffic in this area.
Work on
the Rosedale Road Pathway project is underway. Before work began
at Rosedale Road Pave-Rite, Inc., the Township's contractor worked
on a section of existing pathway between Andrews Lane and Foulet
Drive.

The existing
pathway was repaired in certain areas and then ultimately the
entire length was overlaid with two inches of new asphalt. Placement
of topsoil and grass seed adjacent to the pathway will complete
the work between Andrews Lane and Foulet Drive.
Over on
Rosedale Road, Pave-Rite is working on installing new storm sewer
pipe that connects into the existing storm sewer system at Audubon
Lane.

The new
pathway will be installed once the storm sewer work is completed.
This new
pathway will extend from the existing pathway at Ettl Farm, cross
Audubon Lane at Rosedale Road and continue down to Provinceline
Road.
