Improvements to
Overbrook Drive, Abernathy Drive, and Clover Lane

IMPORTANT NOTICE

PROJECT UPDATE FOR JULY 17 - 28, 2006

• The construction plan for the Improvement of Overbrook Drive, Abernathy Drive and Clover Lane is currently out for bid. The Bid Opening is scheduled for August 3rd at 2:30 PM. If the bid prices and paperwork are in order, the Township anticipates awarding the construction project to the lowest responsive and responsible contractor in mid-August.
  
  
• The Minor Stream Encroachment Permit and a General Freshwater Wetlands Permit No. 11 has been issued by NJDEP for the work on Overbrook Drive. A copy is available at the Engineering Department for review.
  
  
• New Jersey American Water Company's contractor, Renda Contracting Co. Inc., began work on Overbrook Drive to replace the water main. The new pipeline must be sanitized and pressure-tested before the services can be connected to it. The contractor is expected to return to Overbrook Drive within the next few weeks to complete this work.
