IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Hemlock Circle, Philip Drive, and Woodside Lane Neighborhood Residents:

A neighborhood meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2007, to discuss the planned Improvements to Hemlock Circle, Philip Drive and Woodside Lane.  The meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in meeting room A of the Princeton Township Municipal Building located at 400 Witherspoon Street.  All interested residents are invited to attend.

The items to be discussed at the meeting include the plan and construction schedule for the construction project, which includes drainage and sanitary sewer improvements; roadway repairs and resurfacing, Belgian Block curbing installation, sidewalk repairs and miscellaneous other work.    

Representatives from Vangelis Construction, the Township’s contractor, the Township Engineering Department, the Township Police Department, the Princeton Sewer Operating Committee and the Township Arborist will be available to discuss the project and answer any questions you may have.

Residents are advised that the Township will be imposing a 5-year moratorium on any street openings once the work is completed.  Therefore, if you to plan to upgrade or install new utility services such as gas, water, electric, etc., you should contact the respective utility company at this time to make the necessary arrangements.  A telephone list for the various project contacts is provided on the back of this notice for your use.

To assist in getting information to residents of Princeton Township, the Township website hosts project-specific web pages that are updated regularly with important notices, suggested travel routes and other information to reduce the temporary inconvenience associated with each project. The road project webpage can be found at http://princetontwp.org/road_projects_main.html.  From there, each specific project can be found.
