IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Clover Lane and Deer Path Neighborhood Residents:

Beginning Friday, November 2, 2007, weather permitting, Top Line Construction, the Township’s contractor, is planning to repave sections of driveways to the new elevation of the proposed roadway surface. The work is planned to begin at 7:00 AM and is anticipated to be completed in one (1) day, weather permitting.  Residents are asked to remove vehicles from their driveways on Thursday night or Friday morning, prior to the start of work.  Vehicles should not be parked near or across from driveways in order to allow access for the paving machines.

Work hours will be between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.  Access to driveways will be restricted after the work is completed to allow the asphalt to cool and set.  In this regard it is recommended that you not drive your vehicle over the asphalt for a 24 hour period to allow it to cure.

You will receive an additional notice prior to the final paving of the street which is tentatively scheduled to occur on Monday, November 5th, weather permitting.

If the Engineering Department can be of assistance, or if you have any questions prior to 9:00 AM, or after 5:00 PM, please contact Scott Hutchinson, Project Manager (cell phone #731-2631).  Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, you may contact Robert Killian, Construction Administrator, or myself at 921-7077.

Your assistance in continuing to tolerate the temporary inconvenience associated with this work, which will lead to a permanent improvement of your neighborhood is appreciated.

Sincerely,

Robert V. Kiser, P.E.

Township Engineer
