REGIONAL PLANNING BOARD

RESOLUTION OF THE
REGIONAL PLANNING BOARD OF PRINCETON
MERCER COUNTY, NEW JERSEY


WHEREAS, that the Regional Planning Board of Princeton has been organized in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:55D-23 and 24 and has established its schedule of regular meetings which pursuant to the Open Public meetings Act N.J.S.A. 10:4-18 requires that such schedule be posted within seven days following the annual organization or reorganization or no later than January 10 of each year, and;

WHEREAS, the Regional Planning Board of Princeton generally holds its regular meetings on the first and third Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Princeton Township Municipal Building, and;

WHEREAS, the Site Plan Review Advisory Board generally meets the second Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. in Meeting Room A of the Princeton Township Municipal Building, and;

BE IT RESOLVED:

1) That the following is hereby established as the schedule of regular meetings of the Regional Planning Board of Princeton:

2) That the following is hereby established as the schedule of regular meetings for the Site Plan Advisory Board:

Nov 4
Dec 9

3) For the purposes of public inspection, a copy of this resolution shall be forthwith:

a) Posted on the official Bulletin board in the Valley Road Building and shall remain so posted through 2009.
b) Mailed to the Princeton Packet, Trenton Times, Trentonian, Town Topics, WHWH and Patriot Media Systems.
c) Filed with the Township Clerk, Borough Clerk and Princeton Public Library.
d) Mailed to those persons who have requested and paid the charge for copies of the schedule and revisions thereto, and it shall be promptly mailed to those persons who shall hereafter make such request and prepay such charge.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately.
