Improvement Projects
Hillside Avenue
Princeton Township will be constructing the following roadway improvements to Hillside Avenue in coordination with the Cherry Valley Road improvements:
- Roadway resurfacing / reconstruction
- Permanent right turn lane improvements at the intersection with Cherry Valley Road
- Underground storm sewer system extension
- Sidewalk installation on one or both sides of the roadway
- Belgian block curb installation
A bond ordinance (http://www.princetontwp.org/TC-agendas-minutes/2011/comag042511/Bond%20Hillside%20Avenue%20Sidewalks.pdf) for the sidewalk assessment was approved by Township Committee on April 25, 2011.
The construction project will be advertised for bids in May 2011 and it is anticipated that construction will take place during in fall 2011. Project Drawing
