b. Maintenance/Performance Guarantee:
- Princeton Day School, Smoyer Field Renovation: Release of Performance Guaranty in the form of Letter of Credit #18100047-00-000 . The 10% cash portion of the performance guaranty ($78,386.76) and the remaining cash maintenance guaranty ($136,010.18) for Athletic Fields I & II, is to be transferred to serve as the major portion of the cash maintenance guaranty for this project. It is also recommended that the interest accrued from the 10% cash portion of Smoyer Field guaranty for Athletic Fields I & II be released at this time.
