- GHP Thanet, 29 Thanet Road - Completion Time Extensions as follows:

July 17, 2007 – Remove debris and install additional woodchips around plantings along Governors Lane.

      August 1, 2007 – Install HVAC Screening

      September 30, 2007 – Install Landscape along Governor’s Lane

      December 1, 2007 – Complete all remaining site work

- Princeton Day School, Facility Housing, Release of the project’s cash maintenance guaranty in the amount of $19,944.47, plus interest and any remaining escrows.

g.   Music Amplification Request: August 20, 2007, Princeton Basketball Classic, Community  Park Basketball Courts, 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

 

h.  Resolution: Purchasing Hybrid Vehicle and Financing, Winner Ford of Cherry Hill, NJ, $25,576.

 

i.   Resolution: To extend tax deadline for 3rd quarter taxes.

 

j.   Resolution: To purchase 433 Brickhouse, $49,620.

3.  ORDINANCE PUBLIC HEARINGS:

- BOND ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AS A LOCAL IMPROVEMENT THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF SIDEWALKS ALONG WITHERSPOON STREET, BOTH SIDES, FROM THE PRINCETON BOROUGH LINE TO VALLEY ROAD BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $9,725.00 THEREFOR, PROVIDING FOR THE FINANCING OF SAID APPROPRIATION BY THE MAKING OF A DOWN PAYMENT AND ISSUANCE OF BONDS AND NOTES OF SAID TOWNSHIP AND FURTHER PROVIDING FOR THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENT OF FIFTY (50%) PERCENT OF THE COST THEREOF* (Carried from June 25, 2007)

 

- AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON REGULATING MOTOR VEHICLE TURNING MOVEMENT ON HILLSIDE AVENUE AND CHERRY VALLEY ROAD AND AMENDING THE “CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY, 1968” *

 

- bond ordinance authorizing as a local improvement the repair or replacement of sidewalks along philip drive, hemlock circle and woodside lane by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $92,500.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and issuance of bonds and notes  of said township and further providing for the special assessment of fifty (50%) percent of the cost thereof. *

 

- bond ordinance providing for various capital improvements of the township of princeton, in the county of mercer, new jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $2,303,209 therefor and authorizing the issuance of $1,745,665 bonds or notes of the township to finance part of the cost thereof. *

 

- AN ORDINANCE BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON CONCERNING VIOLATIONS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING RULES AND REGULATIONS AND AMENDING THE “CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, NEW JERSEY, 1968” *
