- Gres Paving Co., Inc., Reconstruction of Russell Road – Phase II, Release of Maintenance Guarantee along with any remaining cash escrows relating to this project.

Raffle License: Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart, for an off-premise raffle to be held October 15, 2004 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. to benefit capital improvements on the campus, specifically creation of a new library and chapel at the school.
