- Stuart Country Day School, Magnetti Field Renovation: Completion Time Extension to

June 1, 2007.

- Town Topics Realty Venture Group LLC, Site Improvements, Block 7102, Lot 6: An amount of $3,661.49 plus interest should be returned to the applicant from the cash portion of the guaranty. The new performance guaranty in the amount of $79,230.15 (Bond) and $8,803.35 (10% cash) is recommended to be retained at this time. A completion time extension to May 30, 2007 is also recommended.

c. Music Amplification Requests:

- Lisa Tustin, Tabernacle, NJ, for a wedding to be held at Mountain Lakes on June 16, 2007, 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

- Brian Lang and Laura Adams, Belle Mead, NJ for a wedding to be held at Mountain Lakes

on May 27, 2007 until 11:00 p.m.

d. Professional Services Agreements:

- New Jersey Sustainable State Institute, to develop a Princeton Community Strategic Sustainable Community Plan, Not to Exceed $20,000.

- Scott Walter, Robbinsville, NJ, to provide transition services to the office of Information Technology

- BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR VARIOUS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN AND BY THE TOWNSHIP OF PRINCETON, IN THE COUNTY OF MERCER, NEW JERSEY, APPROPRIATING $2,800,000 THEREFOR AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $2,510,000 BONDS OR NOTES OF THE TOWNSHIP TO FINANCE PART OF THE COST THEREOF.
