* Boyd - Minor Subdivision - 62 Cherry Hill Road, Release cash performance guaranty in the amount of $5,050 less $756 to serve as a two-year maintenance guaranty.
* Princeton Day School - Early Start Utilities/Footing Foundations, Performance Guaranty Reduction. An amount of $35,559.41 plus interest, should be returned to the applicant at this time from the cash portion of the guaranty. The new performance guaranty amount of $348,972.89 (Letter of Credit) and $38,774.77 (10% cash) is recommended to be retained.
* David Cohen, 149 Terhune Road - Seija Subdivision, Completion time extension to June 4, 2007.

i. Raffle Applications: University Medical Center at Princeton Auxiliary, for three (3) raffles to be held on June 9, 2007 at the Princeton University Football Stadium. Proceeds to benefit maternal and child care at the University Medical Center at Princeton.

- Sharee Mickle, Plainsboro, NJ for a wedding to be held at Mountain Lakes, June 2, 2007, 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

- an ordinance establishing an educational training fee for land development applications and amending the “code of the township of princeton, new jersey, 1968”*
3. ORDINANCE INTRODUCTIONs
- bond ordinance authorizing as a general improvement various road improvement projects by the township of princeton, appropriating the sum of $891,000.00 therefor, providing for the financing of said appropriation by the making of a down payment and the issuance of bonds and notes of said township.
