b. Maintenance/Performance Guarantees: Princeton Academy, Driveway Alignment - Release of the performance guarantee contingent upon receipt of an acceptable two-year maintenance guarantee in the amount of 15% of the original performance guaranty or $28,382.76.

c. Raffle License: Princeton Academy of the Sacred Heart for an off-premise raffle to be held on May 12, 2007 at the school. Proceeds to benefit the general operating budget of the school.

d. Resolution and Agreement: Griggs Farm Condominium Association Municipal Services Agreement.

e. Music Amplification Request: Rebecca Sarett for a wedding to be held at 4601 Province Line Road, June 16, 2007. 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

f. Resolution: Authorizing Grant Application to Repetitive Flood Claims Program, Harry’s Brook Flood Mitigation
