* Accept from the Hun School a substitute performance guarantee in the amount of $51,200.40 to cover the items of work detailed on the schedule dated 12/19/07 prepared by Van Note Harvey Associates.
*Accept from the Hunt Construction Group, Inc., via the Hun School, a two year maintenance guaranty in the amount of $318,993.48, which represents 15% of the value of the completed improvements.
* Release the performance guaranty provided by St. Paul’s Fire and Marine Insurance Company in the amount of $1,960,042.00 and the cash guarantee in the amount of $217,782.36.
* A completion time extension to May 31, 2008 to complete the remaining items of work.
d. Resolution: Leaf & Brush Collection Schedule, 2008
e. Music Amplification Request: Michelle Malinovsky, for a wedding to be held at Mountain Lakes on May 3, 2008, 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
