Apartment Waiting List Opening 

The Princeton Housing Authority has reopened the waiting list for four bedroom apartments effective immediately.  The waiting list for two and three bedroom family apartments and the waiting list for senior and disabled apartments will remain open throughout the year. 

The Princeton Housing Authority manages affordable/low-income apartment developments in Princeton Township and Princeton Borough.  Applicants must be income eligible to qualify.  The income limits are available on the website, www.princetonhousing.org, or can be obtained by calling the main office.

Applications can be picked up at the Housing Authority office at 50 Clay Street, Princeton NJ 08542, between the hours of 9am-4pm, or obtained on the website at www.princetonhousing.org.

If your income and household size fall within the criteria listed below, you may be eligible to purchase this property.  Please call (609) 688-2029 for more information.

Please note that under the COAH guidelines, Princeton Township offers no guarantee or representation of unit availability for every applicant.  Household income must fall within specific regional guidelines in order to be eligible for Affordable Housing.  In addition, households must meet Township qualification criteria including, but not limited to:  credit history, income, debt, household-size appropriate to the unit available, and legal permanent residency status.

If you are either a single person household with an income that falls between $30,888.00 and $49,419.00, OR a two-person household, (residing as a couple), with a combined income of $35,301.00 to $56,479.00, you may be eligible to purchase this property.  Please call (609) 688-2029 for more information.
