Apartment Waiting List Opening 

The Princeton Housing Authority has reopened the waiting list for four bedroom apartments effective immediately.  The waiting list for two and three bedroom family apartments and the waiting list for senior and disabled apartments will remain open throughout the year. 

The Princeton Housing Authority manages affordable/low-income apartment developments in Princeton Township and Princeton Borough.  Applicants must be income eligible to qualify.  The income limits are available on the website, www.princetonhousing.org, or can be obtained by calling the main office.

Applications can be picked up at the Housing Authority office at 50 Clay Street, Princeton NJ 08542, between the hours of 9am-4pm, or obtained on the website at www.princetonhousing.org.
