H1N1 UPDATE – School-Based H1N1 Clinic – 12/05/2009

The Princeton Regional Health Department will be holding a school-based H1N1 Clinic on Saturday, December 5^th at the John Witherspoon Middle School, 217 Walnut Lane, Princeton, NJ 08540.  The Clinic will be held in the cafeteria which can be reached from the Guyot Avenue. 

The Clinic hours are from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for children nine years old and younger who need a second vaccination.  Those attendees of daycare centers, nursery schools and private schools in Princeton Borough/Princeton Township who have not had their first vaccination (6 months to 12^th grade) may come to the clinic from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

Please Note: Parents must be present for your child to be vaccinated.  Please bring your yellow H1N1 vaccination card (for those receiving a second dose) and consent form.
