Gypsy Moth Aerial Spray Program

Due to a severe outbreak of Gypsy Moth, the Township of Princeton will be participating in an aerial control spray program conducted by The Department of Agriculture.  The program will begin on or about May 1, 2008 and will run through June 1, 2008.  The timeframe for this treatment will be between 5:30 to 8:00 am and 9:00 to 2:00 pm and possibly evenings from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.

A map indicating the treatment areas is available (click here for map) or at the Municipal Clerk's Office located at 400 Witherspoon Street.

The material to be used is Bacillus thuringienisis var. kurstaki  (Foray 76B EPA Reg #73049-49).
