The Uniform Fire Code of New Jersey requires the use of some very specific forms. While the Bureau has attempted to reduce the number of forms and simplify those that we do use, they are required in most areas. Copies of the forms are available either in person, by calling our office and requesting the forms be faxed or directed to you through regular mail or you may print them here as well.
